Bhiwadi, in the State of Rajasthan is the most happening place in NCR/ Delhi. It is poised to become a modern city. A number of measures have been taken to develop industrial centers in and around Bhiwadi - Neemrana, Dharuhera, Kushkhera, Chopanki, Bawal etc. It is going to be developed into an industrial hub.
Bhiwadi has huge locational advantage. Being connected to National Highway-8, people prefer to settle down here as the real estate prices in Gurgaon and Manesar have skyrocketted.
- A Special Economic Zone (SEZ), spanning 500 acres, has been approved in KushKhera
- Mahindra Motors has acquired 450 acres of land for its second plant, while GM has recently purchased 500 acres.
- Japanese Automobile giant, Honda is setting up their second plant at Bhiwadi which will be operational by 2009.
- Honda is planning a supplier's park that will help in the development of a host of ancillary units
